Scope
These terms apply to use of the public ITONKA website and free AI Investment Decision Assessment. Customer use of the ITONKA Platform may be governed by a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the customer service.
Assessment results
The AI Investment Decision Assessment is a management self-assessment. It is not an audited ROI, peer benchmark, accounting opinion, investment advice, legal advice or assurance engagement. Results depend on the information and judgments entered by the user.
Permitted use
You may use the website and assessment for legitimate business evaluation. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another user or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The ITONKA name, platform design, assessment methodology, content, software, reports and related materials are owned by or licensed to ITONKA Inc., Blackhawk Instruments Inc. and/or their applicable licensors, except where otherwise stated. Bioficial Intelligence™ and other marks are used as brand identifiers. Patent Pending notices refer to applicable pending intellectual-property rights.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services. Their availability, security and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Public forms currently use FormSubmit as a transmission service.
Availability and changes
We may update the public website, assessment, features and these terms as the product evolves. We do not guarantee that every public feature will remain available in the same form.
No warranty for public materials
Public website content and the free assessment are provided for informational and evaluation purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
